Television has been a part of our lives for a long time.
At home or at school, even inside our car at the back of the front seat.
Who doesn't like watching television on his/her spare time?
But it sure isn't free.
We are paying a lot to the cable or to the satelite company.
Some pay every month.
How much do you pay?
I used to pay just under 100$ a month to my cable company.
That's just under 1200$ a year!
So you can imagine I was thinking of some way to save my money while still enjoying the tv shows I always watched.
So I have done some research and decided to buy Amazon Fire TV Stick.
I wanted to try it out and see if this could potentially replace my cable subscription.

It is a streamer that connects to your TV's HDMI port.
Once connected you can watch more than 4,000 different channels, over 250,000 TV episodes and movies and some live TV as well as playing games.
Just plug and play.
The interface is really easy to use and you can also add kodi or any other app you want for extra content.
All you need is a TV set and an internet connection!
You don't even need a personal computer in order for this to work.
You don't need to pay for anything else once you have it installed.
In just a few minutes you will get more channels that you have ever watched in your life.
The picture is really clear and there is no annoying buffering waiting image. You can download your content to the cloud and watch it from there with no problem at all.
After a couple of weeks using the stick I can say that this is one of the best products on the market. There are so many channels to watch, it's crazy.
Here is a summary of the pros and cons of the fire tv stick:
Pros:
- Easy To Use Interface
- Low cost
- Huge number of channels and movies available
- Portable - take it with you when you travel
- Big storage
Cons:
- Not as fast as fire TV
- Voice search is not included in the current remote
My conclusion:
The fire TV stick is really something you will enjoy!
It is well worth the one time payment you will make.
You get a lot of content for a very cheap price.
And..now I don't need the cable company anymore!
